An order becomes active once payment has been successfully received and confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:

• Uploaded files are corrupted or inaccessible.
• The requested work violates any applicable law.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in the currency displayed on our website. Prices may change at any time without prior notice. However, confirmed orders will always be completed at the agreed price.

5. Payment

Payment must be completed before work begins unless a separate written agreement exists. We use secure third-party payment providers to process payments. Grafika Productions does not store your full payment information.

6. Digital Products

Digital products include, but are not limited to: Lightroom Presets, Online Courses, and Downloadable Resources. These products are licensed, not sold. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the purchased product. You may not:

• Share download links.
• Resell digital products.
• Redistribute files.
• Upload products to file-sharing websites.
• Claim ownership of our products.
• Modify and resell our products.

7. Editing Services

Clients are responsible for providing complete project instructions before editing begins. Reasonable revisions are available if the delivered work does not match the original editing instructions. Requests for style changes after delivery may require an additional fee.

8. Client Responsibilities

By uploading files, you confirm that:

• You own the photographs or have permission to use them.
• The uploaded content does not violate copyright.
• The files do not contain illegal content.
• You have permission from any individuals whose images you submit where required by law.

Grafika Productions is not responsible for copyright disputes involving client-provided files.

9. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for planning purposes only. Unexpected circumstances, technical issues, holidays, or unusually large projects may affect delivery schedules. We will always make reasonable efforts to deliver your project on time.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to the logo, brand name, website design, text, graphics, presets, educational materials, videos, and downloadable content, is the intellectual property of Grafika Productions unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

11. Confidentiality

Client files are treated as confidential. We will never intentionally share, publish, sell, or display your photographs without your explicit permission, unless required by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

Grafika Productions shall not be liable for loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, indirect damages, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

13. Disclaimer

While we strive to provide high-quality services, we cannot guarantee that every service or digital product will meet every customer's personal expectations. Editing is subjective, and results may vary depending on the quality of the original files and the instructions provided.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website or services if these Terms are violated, fraudulent activity is detected, abuse toward our staff occurs, or illegal activity is suspected.

15. Changes to These Terms
