This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds may be issued for purchases made on grafikagr.com. By purchasing from Grafika Productions, you agree to this policy.

1. Digital Products

Our digital products (Lightroom presets, online courses, and downloadable resources) are delivered instantly and are licensed, not sold. Because of their digital nature, once a product has been downloaded or a course has been accessed, the purchase is generally non-refundable.

2. Exceptions — When You May Get a Refund

We want you to be satisfied. You may request a refund or a replacement if:

• The file is corrupted, damaged, or cannot be downloaded, and we are unable to fix it.
• You were charged incorrectly or charged more than once for the same order.
• The product is materially not as described on the website.

Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase, with a clear description of the problem, by contacting us at gr@grafikagr.com.

3. Editing Services

For photo editing services, reasonable revisions are provided if the delivered work does not match the original instructions. Refunds for editing services are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed once work has been completed and delivered.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of mind after downloading a product or accessing a course.
• Lack of the required software or hardware to use the product.
• Results that differ due to the quality of the original files or personal preferences.
• Failure to read the product description before purchase.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment provider. Please allow several business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank or provider.
